Appu has composed music for lyrics penned by Suresh Mali and Dilraj Banjara. The latest Rajasthani film was released in the first week of September.

Vasundhara in Mani Ratnam film!
Actress Adhisaya now wants to be known by her real name Vasundhara henceforth. Having played the heroine in Peranmai opposite ‘Jayam’ Ravi, in the recently released film Jeyam Kondaan, she plays the villain’s girlfriend. Though thrilled at the response she has received for her performance in the film, the young actress is keen on playing heroine again. “No matter how well one performs in various characters, the adulation and prospects that emanate for heroines is missing. Therefore, I want to play the lead,” she states. Incidentally, there is a whiff in the air that Vasundhara is being considered for a Mani Ratnam film. However, when queried, the actress replied, “I have nothing to say at the moment.”
